The wellbeing of its members is very important to the NWHU. Everyone needs help from time to time from an ear to bend or a shoulder to cry on, a problem shared is a problem halved. The following are several organisations that provide help and support over a wide range of issues, these are the specialists that are there to help offer guidance and assurance. You are not alone in having to face some of the issues that life can throw at you. Support and advice are available, people are out there that want to help.
